Allows USPS 24-48 hours to update tracking (if no update within this timeframe please reach out, sometimes USPS will hold packages or place them in my PO BOX for various reasons, and I don't regularly check these unless brought to my attention.)
Please reach out first with any issues or problems with your order, we’re currently doing over 700+ packages weekly. We would love to take care of any issues or concerns! Any/All Carrier issues has to be dealt with USPS or Whatnot. Once package is scanned and is moving through transit I do not have any ability to figure out any issues on their side. Delays, package saying delivered but is not etc.. I can assist if a package hasn’t updated or saying hasn’t been scanned in. But once it scans in and moves through transit it is out of my control.
