I have operated a small business for many years, and I believe honesty is more important than fake politeness. I will always tell you the truth directly. Please do not turn every honest answer into a discussion about my “attitude.”
All transactions should be equal. I respect every customer, regardless of whether you spend $1 or $100,000. In return, I expect honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect.
If my honesty hurts your feelings, then we may simply not be the right fit. I do not like hypocrisy, entitlement, or customers who believe spending money gives them the right to disrespect others.
