I have never submitted a book to CGC for grading But I have bought many graded books. “IN MY OPINION” I feel this is a High Grade example and should grade at least a 9.6 and maybe if you get lucky a 9.8 WITH a Clean and Press. I would Definitely have this Key issue book Cleaned and Pressed before having it graded and then I really feel like it could grade a 9.8 this is just my opinion I am Not a grader or expert.
