Marcus Aurelius during his first reigning year 161 AD (CY 224 AD), 23mm and 10.69 grams. A somewhat rare type and a really beautiful example with red earthy tones. Obv: Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right. Rev: Statue of Tyche holding long scepter and cornucopia, standing right on river-god swimming right and being crowned by Nike standing left on column; to left, small figure, standing left on small column; all within distyle temple with arched façade; ΔKC (date) in right field.
