This is a rare Olive Oil Doll/Plush/Figure. My best guess based on the "Club" marking on her chest is that this piece was somehow related the Captain Jim's Popeye Club tv show that aired Popeye the Sailor Man cartoons from the late 1950s through the 1960s. Tag says POPEYE KFS on one side and Licensee NEMOTO SHOKAI She has a soft body with vinyl or rubber head hands and feet/shoes.
