Reed & Barton silver-plated sugar bowl in the Regent pattern. This was produced around the mid-20th century, particularly noted in the 1940s and 1950s. This style, particularly the ornate handles, finial, and claw feet is characteristic of the Regent pattern produced by the company. Marked on bottom 5600. It is part of the "Winthrop" pattern tea and coffee service. Beautiful display
