Rare CCC Dispatch Case – J.E. McKelvy, Construction Battalion No. 141 Vintage Spalding Genuine vulcanized fiber briefcase with original stenciling: “J.E. MC KELVY” and “CONST. BATT. NO 141” (Civilian Conservation Corps, ca. 1939–1941). Metal reinforced corners, worn leather handle, approx. 16–18” wide. Honest age and use.
