Illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno, it evolves from Magikarp and has 70 HP with a Retreat Cost of 2. Its abilities include the Pokémon Power Final Beam, which deals 20 damage for each Water Energy attached to it (on a coin flip) to the Pokémon that knocked it out, and the attack Ice Beam, which deals 30 damage and may paralyze the Defending Pokémon on a successful flip. This Holo Rare card was released in both 1st Edition and Unlimited prints, with the 1st Edition version being more valuable due to its scarcity.
