This is a 1908 German Reichsbanknote 100 Mark bill featuring a large eagle design and red seals. This specific note was issued on February 7, 1908, in Berlin and is often referred to as a "Red Seal" issue. The obverse shows a large, deep blue eagle with outstretched wings and a crown, while the reverse depicts a portrait of Germania flanked by allegorical women. Pre World War 1 !!
