Deadstock aka old stock ring with tag. Two tone bezel heart ring. The band is silver tone with gold tone around the heart. The color is a very unique blue that seems to have a deep teal blue color, hard to describe?! smh!! The photos don't do the color justice. GLOWS PINK-RED WITH UV LIGHT. Probably blue spinel.
