Euphorbia lactea, commonly known as "Dragon Bone" or "Dragon Bone Cactus," is a low-maintenance succulent prized for its architectural, wavy green ribs. While it resembles a cactus, it is actually a succulent in the Euphorbia family and requires slightly different care. Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight or full sun. Indoors, a south- or west-facing window is ideal. Note that intense direct midday sun can cause stems to burn. Watering: Use a "soak-and-dry" method. Water thoroughly only when the soil is completely dry, typically every 2–3 weeks in summer and once a month or less in winter. Avoid letting the plant sit in standing water to prevent root rot. Soil: Requires fast-draining, gritty soil, such as a specialized cactus and succulent mix. Adding inorganic materials like pumice or perlite can further enhance drainage. Temperature: Prefers warm environments between 65°F and 85°F. It is not frost-tolerant and should be protected from cold drafts or temp
