This is a 1991 collectors edition, baseball card price guide and it is official. It has over 33,000 card prices. It has a couple callouts that are in the pictures. It’s just somebody doing some math on the pages that were blank. Nothing to hurt any of the information inside of the book nothing is illegible or marked out or anything like that. The pages are crisp and clean, and they are benched or anything. They’re very straight but a nice condition with both sides just a little bit of scribbles on the blank pages. Nevertheless, it is a great comparison& very informational I couldn’t put it down once I started going through it
