This is a pre-loved white cotton, Free People Lottie Eyelet Mini dress with eyelet fabric. $148 MSRP. It is scalloped around the neck line and laces up on the back. It has a very minor discoloration on the outer dress (not really visible). The lining (under) dress has a small spot. Last photo shows both layers where the spot is.
