Made of durable vitrified china, this chunky green-striped restaurant ware piece was produced by Ridgways of Staffordshire, England and distributed by The Loubat Glass & Cork Company of New Orleans—a major supplier to restaurants and hotels throughout the American South. Dating to approximately the 1920s–1940s, this butter pat is full of authentic character. It has heavy staining and a beautifully aged patina from decades of use, along with one mature chip on the rim. The Ridgways/Loubat backstamp is still visible on the underside. Perfect for collectors of vintage restaurant ware, New Orleans memorabilia, or well-loved ironstone with plenty of history. Please review photos carefully for condition.
