Vintage Commonwealth of Pennsylvania route slip booklet, form OA-533 dated 6-64, measuring about 8.5" x 5.5" with 35 unused sheets. These routing forms were used in government or office settings to circulate paperwork for approval, comments, information, signatures, filing, replies, reports, or other action. Includes the blue carbon paper sheet found inside, with handwritten transfer/writing visible. Great mid-century office ephemera for Pennsylvania history collectors, junk journals, collage, scrapbooking, altered books, or vintage desk display. Good vintage unused condition with age toning, light edge/corner wear, minor surface marks, and storage wear from age. The booklet contains 35 sheets and remains usable/displayable.
