I personally built this set and believe it to be complete. It is listed as 99% complete to account for the possibility of human error. The set is in excellent overall condition. Included with the set are the original box and both instruction manuals. The box is in very good condition, with only a small crease in the bottom-right corner. The only noted missing items are two small stickers from the transparent 1x4 side windows. They are difficult to notice and do not detract from the overall display.
