The story follows a nurse named Ann. She gets assigned to care for a mystery patient who is a handsome "giant" with his head wrapped in bandages and a wallet full of money. The staff assumes he is a celebrity. However, when he wakes up, he turns out to be Tony Cavanaugh, a wealthy playboy from Florida. It is a classic pulp-romance setup where Ann and Tony quickly fall for each other, and Ann eventually promises to marry him despite the odds.
