The image features a large modern military administrative complex, landscaped grounds, connecting walkways, military personnel, and three flagpoles displaying the South Korean flag and military organizational flags. Osan Air Base completed a new headquarters complex for the 314th Air Division and 51st Composite Wing during the 1970s, which is consistent with the date and provenance of this image.
