Vintage LM-18 "Western Romance" postcard reproduced from an original painting by Lon Megargee. The horizontal scene shows a couple resting in a desert landscape; rotate the card vertically to reveal the "Queen of the Desert" illusion. The unused reverse features a one-cent stamp box and identifies Genuine Curteich-Chicago C.T. Art-Colortone, distributed by Lollesgard Specialty Co. of Tucson, Arizona. Presented under glass in a warm two-tone wood tabletop frame with mitered corners and an attached easel back. Overall frame measures approximately 8.25x6.25 Photo Size: 5.5" x 3.5". Good preowned condition. Frame shows scuffs, scratches, color variation, and small finish imperfections.
