Vintage Roses Brooches (2) with Matching Clip-On Earrings Made to Look Like Baby's Breath Coral. By the time this was made, it was illegal to produce this type of coral from its organic source. Therefore, a beautiful substitute was used. It is hard to resist coral's beauty, so it's a wonder a copy had to be found. This piece is a moulded dyed plastic celluloid made to look like coral. And what a good job they did. It also has several AB rhinestones all present. See Pics. There are two rose brooches 3" X 1 1/2" and two Clip-On earrings 1" X 1" Each brooch has a straight pin construction fastened to the back of the brooch with a safety Roll-Over Clasp.
