Vintage Hankscraft #008 double egg cup originally made to accompany Hankscraft automatic electric egg cookers. This vertically ribbed ivory ceramic form appears in Hankscraft egg-cooker sets dating from the late 1930s through the 1940s. The underside is molded HANKSCRAFT with mold/shape number 008. The pale ivory glaze fluoresces vivid green under UV light, consistent with vintage uranium glaze. Excellent crossover piece for uranium pottery, Art Deco kitchenware, Hankscraft appliance and Fiesta go-along collectors. There are a couple flea bites underneath the base
