Vintage Blue White Porcelain Ginger Jar Chinoiserie Grandmillennial Decor A classic little blue-and-white ginger jar with a beautiful traditional Chinoiserie look. This lidded porcelain jar is decorated in cobalt blue with flowering branches, scrolling borders, and bird/phoenix-style motifs on a white ground. The petite 4” size makes it an easy accent for a shelf, mantel, cabinet, or blue-and-white collection, and it fits especially well with Grandmillennial decor. The piece is unmarked, so I am leaving the maker and country of origin unspecified. The decoration appears to be transfer-style rather than individually hand painted. Measurements: approx. 4” tall x 10” circumference at the widest point. Vintage pre-owned condition with light wear and a small chip/glaze-loss area on the upper shoulder below the lid.
