Beautiful two-piece German porcelain dresser doll/powder jar, likely dating to the 1920s–1930s. The hand-painted lady wears a green bodice with a flowing luster-glazed skirt, which lifts off to reveal the hidden powder or trinket compartment. Marked Germany and a lovely example of the figural vanity pieces popular during this period. German porcelain dresser and powder dolls are well documented from the 1920s.
