This is a Liz Claiborne extra large, short sleeve blouse with cuffed sleeves. It is in good condition with no stains, rips or tears. It has a black and white lined design that are going all different which ways and it ties at the bottom. The pit to pit measurement is 28 inches shoulder to the bottom of the blouse is 26 inches and the sleeve length from the neck to the end of the sleeve is 13 inches. Really cute blouse wish it was a little smaller.
