I am happy with bag but the shipping was unfortunately way over charged and I tried all ways to get it fixed but no one wants to make it right. I was charged over $50 for a less than 5 pound package. I contacted Whatnot and then seller and showed proof of weight and distance and that I was overcharged by more than $30. I should have been charged $18. When spending a lot of money for products then have this happen with no resolution is frustrating to say the least. I did go through proper channels first so I didn’t have to make a partially bad review.
