I know I shouldn’t complain about something free but it says a free sneaker. I was a customer, I had bought a few items from them. I am not a shoe salesman but I do know the difference between a SNEAKER and a men’s size 12 old dress shoe. I am obviously going to donate them somewhere, I can’t imagine what it cost to ship those nor do I understand why you just didn’t donate them for free somewhere close to you. Not only did you lose money on shipping you lost customers, because in reading your reviews I’m not the only person who got those Cutest little shoes ever!
