Giving someone a 1-star review because you were an ASSHAT & got banned is just petty. Be a better person or go somewhere else where they don't mind if you walk all over them. It clearly states in the the SHOW NOTES that disrespect will get you banned. It's sad that they have to post stuff like that, but some people these days make it necessary. I've never seen anyone in this family ever have poor customer service skills towards anyone, at any time.
