Shipping label was not created until I reached out to the seller 8 days after placing my order (though seller claimed everything had already shipped by then?). I did not receive my package until 5 days after that. Upon receiving my order, one of the items was incorrect. I reached out to the seller to fix this, but as of writing this, it has been five days with no response. While I certainly don’t need next day shipping, saying something has been shipped when a label hasn’t even been created and then getting no response when receiving an incorrect order is the main cause for me writing this review.
