Enjoy the books Although the comics came in good condition, this was my worst experience on Whatnot. Not only by the seller, but Whatnot Customer Service.
The seller sent the package wrong (twice now) which forced me to pay a lot of customs charges in vein. As everybody knows, only the seller/sender can dispute these charges and he wasn’t willing to do anything. I sent him all photographic proof of courier saying only he can dispute it, he didn’t believe me and wasn’t willing to do anything. Refused to do anything to help. Whatnot even acknowledged that he did it wrong (twice) and I am still to clean up the mess after him. Unless the seller does anything, I am stuck with these unfair charges. I have spent upwards of 500+ pounds for two shipments, and even tipped the guy. Thought he was a nice person up until now. Never buying anything from him ever again. He also put the wrong weight on the package. I want to make other international customers beware of this.conscollectablesVerkäufer
Complete un true and have the proof from whatnot to confirm. Sellers avoid this buyer. Had nothing but harassment in my messages from them after trying to help resolve the issue. As whatnot clearly state it is the buyers responsibility to take care of customs fees and as sellers all we do is print the label whatnot supplies.
This review will be removed due to harassment as whatnot have accepted responsibility as they were they ones to print the wrong shipping information.
Seller has 0 proof saying whatnot blamed me for this and paid me out long before delivery.
