This is the fourth time that I have had an issue with their shipping because the first three times the shipping label was stuck on the knives which made it difficult to remove from their boxes, but now the sharp pointed end of the ax was protruding from the box that it was packed in, and it was not even in its chief the service these guys provide on stream is amazing. However, this is already the fourth time they’re shipping and packaging is horrible. I’m not a person to leave a bad review but now I have to because my daughter had picked up this package and did not notice the sharp end and poked herself with it granted a child should not have maybe grab this box but it happened and this packaging was poor. I’m very sorry guys that I have to leave this review. Please be a little more tentative in the future.
