I am so sorry that this happened. We honestly feel terrible. It’s discouraging to assume 100% responsibility for broken items and the lack of consideration that rough shipping/handling plays no role in this at all. I wish we could control what happens after a package leaves us. We truly do our best and care deeply about packaging sufficiently.
