It did have a really bad smell of cigarettes and came without the zipper mechanism, which I have to pay to get fix for more than what I paid for the wallet. I really enjoy her shows. It’s entertaining and always great deals. All of my purchases across WN have been 5 stars. I was reluctant to post this review but would be remiss if I didn’t. This is only my 2nd purchase from this seller. First purchase was 5 stars. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as the incorrect item was shipped. I submitted a ticket to WN who is handling the return and refund. I also reached out to the seller directly which my messages have gone unanswered. I understand she is a one person operation who handles hundreds of purchases per show. It is completely understandable that mistakes will happen. But please at least have the professional courtesy to acknowledge and respond to messages. I was hoping this situation could have been resolved with a replacement instead of a refund as I was really looking for to receiving it. I’ll continue to watch and support but please improve your customer service. The best place to shop for project luxury bags and wallets! I love the random pulls and the host is such a fun and sweet host and super generous! She has the best tag lines… “It’s Whatever” “Get it for a steal” “I dunno” and “Why not, it’s a dollar, just get it”… I truly enjoy her shows and I hope she gets to be a premier shop soon.
