21 years Active duty Air Force. Served Aug 1990 thru Sept 1991 in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Meritorious Service Medal, Medal of Valor, Expert Marksmanship with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters ... I went to culinary school while stationed in Germany part-time. I've missed my true calling which is Culinary History. I've taught bread baking techniques at the local food equipment stores. Now I am old and loving it. Still working full time for the DOD and will until it becomes boring or I die in my office. The lovely girl on my profile is Elizabeth, my only daughter whom I lost 5 years ago to a pulmonary embolism. To say it's been a tough 5 years is an understatement.
