Very disappointed hello I have reached out about my package last week bc there hadn't been an update with shipping since December 13th and wanted to see if you guys could help. I never received an response til this day. the package supposed to be delivered on the 17th of December. it is now the 27th and it has now been marked as delivered. there is no package that has been delivered today. aIso was supposed to get a refund for this delayed package. no package and still no refund. only reason im giving 1 star in order to post my " review ". Didn’t even receive this.
