I will say there are hitchhikers in the guppy grass, which was disclosed and is a risk no matter what plants you buy. In the live the seller talked about how to remove the hitchhikers before adding the guppy grass to the tank (which I appreciated). Not sure if the seller would maybe preform their own removal before sending items out in the future? Something to chew on. Overall- my items showed up is great condition. Will buy again! My guppy grass came infested with bladder snails so I had to spend ages cleaning them all off to make sure they didn’t go in my tank, I also did not receive my giveaway item that I won, besides that everything else was great
we explained several time in the live stream to all buyers how to remove any unwanted snails. We told ever buyer if they have any questions to message us and we will gladly send over the information how to remove any snails. AS for the Give away we added it to the river stones to order. you should have received 6x stones in total. We ran a buyer give away with the wheel and the winner received a free flamingo cyto. The package came absolutely destroyed by USPS but the sellers packaging was excellent and the plants were all great.
