I had to replace the face pad and wrist string due to very dirty smelly disgusting odor. Waste of money 😞 Only shipped one of two laptops purchased in bundle. Messaged seller the day I received item. Messaged again the following week but no response. Seller is unreliable and does not communicate. Did not come with a charger as stated. No response from Franklin. Won a laptop on a givvy in November. Reached out in the beginning and he said he would create a label. Days and days went by and he quit responding. Finally received it 2 days ago and it was broke and busted. Wouldn’t even turn on. He never responded back. Not a good way to conduct business. Would not recommend him at all. His daughters yes but not him. Tried to work with him but he didn’t want to respond. terrible the hard drive was not secure it was hanging by the ribbon, it was soppose to have 8gb of RAM it only had 4, , and there's other orders I never received, and also a computer with less ram than advertised the laptop arrived missing the charger cord and the all in one computer is missing the keyboard and mouse that the seller clearly stated was included in the purchase... I contacted him multiple times but all I got was lies... I reached out to the seller about the missing items... he agreed that I was missing the keyboard and mouse and the charger cord....he sent a picture picture of a shipping label and said he shipped the missing items to me but I waited and waited but they never arrived and now the seller is ignoring my messages... I bought the laptop for my daughter for Christmas and now I have to spend money for a charger cord and hope it gets here before Christmas... the all in one computer I purchased to use for our Whatnot live auctions but now I have to go out and buy the missing items after I waited all this time thinking I had everything coming to start selling on the platform... I just don't understand why people do these things😤 FREE laptop giveaway!!! Shipping took 3 weeks , packaging was not the best . “ Thinkpad “ screen goes in & out . Looses 99 % of brightness , then if your press on the screen the brightness comes back . Glad It was just a free giveaway !! Laptop came with no charger shipping was delayed by almost 2 weeks and also laptop came with a crack screen which is not what I ordered!!!

The items are great a Kindle Fire that works great powered up was completely reset and ready to go. A Nintendo mini classic Mario Bros. that needed batteries but also works great, will be giving to one of the grand kids and 2 6ft HDMI cables brand new. The items were packed great and arrived quickly.
