The freebies were an absolutely fantastic touch and made my experience even more special.☺️ Was a little disappointed receiving a new bag just thrown in a parcel bag with nothing protective. There was also a little package as like a thank you with bubble gum and chapstick. While it’s appreciated I really would recommend if you’re selling bags/clothing not to send things like this as they can melt and get all over the items (especially since there’s nothing else protecting them). Since the item was listed as new I assumed all parts would come with it as well but it is missing a strap and dust bag. Otherwise the purse is in generally ok condition .
