I got few shoes and one pair in particular had cracking all over which i couldn’t see with the lighting. Reached her out to see if i can return them to which she said yes but I have to pay shipping out of my pocket to get my refund?! I politely refused and was willing to let it go and take the loss. She then blocks me LOL. Very rude!! And oh the shipping takes forever too. So buy at your own risk.
