Only missed 1 item then I did get a refund for. Sorry but the items placed on charger gets hot as does the charger. Bad sellers worst experience ever they sold me garbage. I reached out to them. They said they would handle it to just send in the request for a refund and that I could just keep the stuff at the end of the day. They were just gaslighting me. They never took care of anything. I bought a bundle of the handheld games which were supposed to be two. They only sent me one. I sent them pictures of the package of everything and they said they would take care of it. They never did. try to contact this seller and multiple times to try to get my gift card from them to tell them I did not receive it but they don't get back to you so if I were you I would watch fine from them cuz you might not get your item just like multiple of us one gift cards and not receiving them from them and they don't get back to you Thank you for the giftcard! Received brand new in box. Great seller! I got sent something else for one of them and the other one looks used
