I grew up in the 1960s with my parents owning and operating a thrift shop (Mary & Cat’s Thrift Store) in a small town in North Carolina. They would travel to New York and bring back truck loads of clothes, furniture, and antiques. The townsfolk would line up before they could even get unloaded. I guess it’s in my blood. My mom always wanted to resurrect the business, so when she passed away at 95 years old, I thought I’d give it a try, in her honor. ❤️ I hope to start selling soon. Until then, I’m having fun shopping.
