But then I get the jewelry for me and for my loved ones and realize: No. It’s lifetime jewelry. This order, there was a mix up in my order, I got the wrong item. I messaged them and within 1-2 business days(yes, that’s reasonable, be patient before you jump on asking for a return), we are coordinating me getting the right one. They could have ignored, lied, or swept it under the rug. They didn’t. That’s a busy company doing right by people. And it’s why I keep coming back.
