The crazy part is,he verified that he saw the damaged goods while going back over the video. Said,No one really could see it because of the glare. Cool. So I asked him. What can we do to fix the problem? Instead of trying to help me fix the problem he came up with every reasoning on why all sales is final. As a seller, you should want to try to find a mutual agreement instead of brushing a customer off. Especially when he’s spending money.
