I'm a Mom of 3 and Grandma of 3. Two of which I'm raising, both are special needs. They are 4 & 2 and run be ragged. My fiance and I bought our 1st house about 2 yrs ago. He has since been diagnosed with silicosis/COPD, with maybe 5yrs to live. Due to life being life I knew I needed to figure out a way to pay down as much of the house before he passes.
