I recently purchased an item that was not as described. It is of poor quality, not a genuine product, and unfortunately, it broke shortly after use. This experience feels like false advertising and potentially a scam.
I am requesting that this seller be reviewed and that they are required to update their item descriptions to reflect the actual condition and quality of what they are selling. Misleading customers in this way is unacceptable.
Please take appropriate action and advise on the next steps regarding a refund or resolution. The bracelet is very thin & cheap looking. Very disappointed & slow shipping. Necklace is quite lovely and came with a new Tiffany pouch.
