Came up on phone that he already had them set up on his JBL hub! So no these weren’t brand new as you advertised! Thanks for your feedback. The headphones were sold as open-box/tested inventory from a liquidation pallet and were not advertised as factory-new. I’m glad they arrived quickly and apologize for any misunderstanding.
