Bewertungen (385)a little delay with my shipping but extras were added as compensation, all was communicated well just a little misunderstanding on sellers part. thanks bros Had to message so that my package would start getting delivered which I was cool with, it happens, they put some extra figs to make up for it. However packaging was awful, I had 3 sets ordered and they all got destroyed during shipping, also because the inside was so messed up it pierced the box it was in and some pieces are missing due to that. I was very disappointed when I saw the huge mess that arrived. Box completely destroy, parts of the set missing and the fig was not protected.

Packaging could have been better. As everything inside was in pieces. Thank you! Everything came in great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sets I bought seems to just be placed in the box. No bubble wrap around the sets so they broke apart in transit. I understand that sets break during shipping, but you gotta do a better job packaging your items. Besides that the packaging everything else was good. All figs came in fantastic shape! Appreciate the deals man it all contributes to the army building! Thank you! Shipping was slightly delayed and when I got the package the bad was open so pieces were everywhere in the box. Fast shipping and great packaging It took close to 2 weeks to ship with no communication and required WhatNot to get engaged for the items to ship. While I appreciate a "free fig" for the delay, one of the items ordered was a custom 2,000 piece set where unfortunately the custom set was just put in a box without any care or protection whatsoever and as one would expect, arrived in hundreds of pieces. Not the end of the world, instructions exist, right? When you do not get the instructions for the custom set (verified in stream they would be included), and no response from the seller, well you are out of luck... Escalated to WhatNot again and they resolved so appreciate WhatNot customer service. Overall, not a great experience and hope buyers and sellers learn from these poor customer experiences so they can be avoided in the future. Great Lego figs, got a huge deal. Appreciate it. Thank you! The 3 P1’s I received were in excellent condition but were slightly sticky. Nothing that a little cleaning couldn’t fix though! Great Seller! Product arrived quickly and as shown.
