I like the variety but they were pricy compared to some of the others I've bought. thank you. Let me preface by saying I never leave bad reviews, and I love my whatnot crystal community so much. PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES: My quality citrine tower arrived with a HUGE chip that was not disclosed. I was told my Smokey quartz sphere had rainbows and was high quality. It was not. I honestly don’t think it’s the same sphere I bid on. Which I’ve heard happens with Lina.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES: When I kindly reached out to Lina to see how we could fix the problem, Lina was so rude. She said I would have to pay out of my pocket to return the items if I wanted a refund.
BULLYING/LIVE INTERACTION: What hurt most was how I was treated during the lives. I was ignored, excluded from buyers giveaways after buying, laughed at, singled out. I left the stream in tears. I felt so bullied. Lina said “I don’t even care no more” repeatedly, which was directed at me. A friend on the show saw and confirmed all of this. Overall, Im sad and embarrassed. arrived in perfect condition, just as described! Will be back to buy again! Everything looks great! 💯🔮 All the stars This piece is exquisite!!! Thank you!!!!!!
