I contacted the seller directly to resolve the issue before going through Whatnot, and she said she would look into a refund. Since then, she has stopped responding completely. I understand that pallet items can sometimes be defective, but that does not excuse ignoring a buyer after the sale. Communication and accountability matter, and this seller showed neither. Very poor customer service and not how business should be handled. Headphones don’t work from my purchase - neither does watch Beautiful top!
