Customer service was a bit in disarray as I had to communicate several times for a plant to be shipped after 3 times of customer service saying “oh my bad I messed up” ended up not getting the original plant I bid for and got some okay looking bundle (only 2 plants) that I already had - disappointing. Arrived in excellent condition even on a 110 degree day! Ur tc r always pretty unfortunately my five I was trying for the first time got tossed in my greenhouse cause it was so hot here the last two days im so upset but ill be back to buy again from u.

I bought a white monster tc, the big root is broken off but is otherwise healthy & beautiful. it has 2 other small roots, so I'm sure it will be fine. I love it, I'm so excited to watch it grow! shipping was safe & fast enough. Thank you so much, I'll be back for more! took a long time to ship out, 3 of my 5 tcs will probably not make it. thank you plants arrived safely, My plant and the ts from the giveaway came healthy and was packaged well. Only thing that I wasn't a fan of was that it took 8 days after purchasing and me reaching out 2 or 3 different times before it was even shipped out. Hard to tell if they’ll survive. Being very careful with humidity control and grow lights. received package today tcs was in good condition besides 2 which was the alocasia mojito. which is not on the seller, it bleed out its color sap which is due to shipping stress and being thrown around so that is not on seller. they are salvageable as the rihmoze is firm. Jason always sales me great tcs and he also sends free plugs for each tc pack. I buy tcs from 2 sellers only and Jason is one of them. im never disappointed Awesome
