I preach all day about customer service, honesty, integrity, etc. The best time to show all of those things (if you have them in you), is when there is an issue. “How will you handle it?”, would be the question I ask my kids. In this situation there was a little issue. Not too many times have I come across a person who really knows how to handle it. This seller made things better in a really selfless way IMO. Will probably be a story/lesson to my students. Thanks for having those qualities. Sometimes it isn’t about the money; It’s about doing the right thing…he did that for sure.
